Provides instruction on opening or growing a crafted production cut and sew factory. Topics include: client and supplier relations, lean manufacturing, production workflow, equipment and infrastructure, finding and retaining employees, interacting with modern demand and more. Offers an add-on component to learn about worker-owned cooperatives.
